Cisco CP6851 3PCC is a 4 SIP Registration supported business VoIP Phone with several advanced business-friendly features. The Screen for this phone is a high-resolution 3.5-inch (396×162-pixel) grayscale display with white backlighting which enables the users to easily understand the display content. Tricolor LEDs line buttons on the side of the screen support the calling features such as multiple-calls-per-line appearance and make the phone simple to use. The Cisco 6851 IP Phone Fixed function buttons enable one-touch access to hold/resume, directory, messaging, service, conference and transfer feature.

Cisco IP Phone 6851support reception expansion module which adds 14 physical buttons along with access to 14 additional buttons via the page buttons, for a total of 28 additional buttons. The 6851 Phone support Supports either a narrowband or a wideband audio handset connected through an RJ-9 port.  The analog headset jack is a wideband-capable RJ-9 audio port. A volume-control toggle provides easy decibel-level adjustments of the handset, monitor speaker, and ringer.

When the Cisco IP Phone 6851 is placed in power save mode, the 6800 KEM is also placed in power save mode. Pressing the select button while the phone and KEM are in power save mode will restart both the phone and the KEM. The CP6851 Phone supports the Local Phonebook as well as the XML/Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) remote directory. It also stores call Call history such as received calls, dialed calls and missed calls. The Phone configuration can be done with the easy web-based browser management tool and auto-provision.Auto-provision support via TFTP, HTTP, or HTTPs for mass deployments.
