Fanvil X2CP Kuwait is equipped with a black and white graphic screen, which distinguishes it from the “older” model Fanvil X2P. The device supports PoE, a power supply which is not included in the standard package. Fanvil X2CP supports high-quality audio, G.722 wideband codec, and the ability to control not only sound volume but also headset sensitivity. In addition, the X2CP has two network ports for the end-to-end connection of a PC, a microphone, and an HD-quality speakerphone, as well as the ability to connect a special foot pedal ( not supplied as standard ). With the help of the latter, call-center operators can easily and conveniently answer incoming calls and end calls without using hands.

The Fanvil X2CP Kuwait is a PoE integrated professional call center IP phone with an intuitive design and standard features. Advanced features such as effective call monitoring, LED function keys for mute/hold/auto answering/headset, and the foot pedal switch, will highly benefit call center staff; as will the EHS wireless headset support. The backlit high-resolution display allows users to access key information at a glance. The off-hook/on-hook pedal switch feature enhances the flexibility of the X2C and improves the overall ease-of-use for any office worker. The X2CP is fully compatible with all major platforms: 3CX, Broadsoft, Elastix, Asterisk, Xorcom.
